Email address and/or password problem.

To change your email address, log in and click on Contact Preferences, update your info as necessary, and be sure to scroll down to confirm your changes.
If the system won't accept your email address, most likely you already have another account that uses that same one. (The system won't allow you to set up more than one account with the same email address.) You can, if you need to, send for a password reminder so you can log into the existing account. (Check your junk mail if it doesn't come right to you.) Unless there's some reason you'd prefer to use a different account, just use the one you have, but you can, if you prefer, change your email address from .com (for instance) to .OFF, thus freeing up your email address for the other account.
If you no longer have access to your old email account, then a password reminder won't go to you, of course. If that happens, just email editors@glimmertrain.org and we'll get you your old login info so you can update as needed!
One more important note: Please put these domains—glimmertrainpress.com and mail.glimmertrainpress.com—on your safe-senders list so you can get password reminders, submission confirmations, and our free monthly bulletins.
