Unable to log in

In order to log in, you must first have established an ID for yourself at the site.
If you have already done that, here are some possibilities:
  • You may just have forgotten your log-in information. If you click on “Need Password Reminder?” there at the site (in red below the log-in area), we will send a reminder to you by email. (If you don't get it within an hour at most, check your junk-mail folder; if it's there, be sure to let your email program know it's not junk, and move it into your inbox.)
  • If you've chosen particularly unusual login info, or if you made a typo when creating it (if you used your email address, for instance, and accidentally used a comma instead of a period, it's hard to notice that), you'll be saved a lot of aggravation if you just copy and paste the login info—delivered by the password reminder—in place.
  • If your email has changed (so you won't get your automatic password reminder), email editors@glimmertrain.org and we will look up your log-in info for you.
  • You may have changed your security settings. Here's info on cookies. And, if that doesn't do the trick (though I expect it will), here's info on making snail mail submissions. Remember there is always a one-week grace period.
