When I log in, there is a message that says you've been unable to reach me.

We send automated password reminders, emails acknowledging receipt of stories, deadline reminders, and bulletins. If we don't have the correct email address for you, or if your email folks are blocking our emails, when you log in you will see that message about our being unable to reach you.

If your contact information has changed, log in and click on Contact Preferences. Update whatever needs it (we appreciate having your phone number—don't worry, we never share any of this information) and be sure to scroll down to confirm any changes. If the message is still there next time you log in, email editors@glimmertrain.org and we'll see if a reset does the trick.

If the information shown is correct, you may find that your email program is putting those emails in your junk mail folder or discarding them altogether. (Hotmail does this routinely and others do it sometimes.) If that seems to be the case, ask them to put autoreply@glimmertrainpress.com and noreply@mail.glimmertrainpress.com on your safe-senders list.

You can, of course, always check status of a submission by logging in and clicking on My Submissions; you are also welcome to access our free (and informative!) monthly bulletins by checking the bulletin archives about mid-month. When we choose a story for publication, we will email and/or call the author.
